Book features large b&w photos, mostly exteriors, some interiors of notable homes in the Seattle area on Lake Washington, the Highlands, on Galer st., Boylston Ave., Prospect Ave. , E. Aloha, W. Howe, Boren Ave. Minor Ave., Queen Anne, Bainbridge Island, Seneca St. , the Arctic Club, and homes of the Merrills, the Dennys, the Frinks, C.D. Stimson, the Ames', etc. Most pages have full page photo and a short description of the house. Unpaginated, about 150 pages in large format. Leatherette covers, cracking at the outside hinges. Interior of the book is Fine. With 4 page loose-leaf flyer insert outlining history of Beaux Arts Village. Front end paper has 1" closed tear.
